Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our minimums vary by service:
Screen printing: Minimum of 36 pieces per design.
Embroidery: Minimum of 12 pieces per design.
DTG & DTF: No minimums—great for small orders or one-offs!
Can I mix and match garment styles and colors in my order?
Yes! As long as the design stays the same, you can mix different styles and colors in your order.
Do you provide the apparel, or can I bring my own?
We offer a wide selection of high-quality apparel, but you’re welcome to bring your own as long as it's suitable for printing or embroidery.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes! Sample orders are available upon request. We offer DTG samples. Screen printing sample maybe available depending on your order (a fee will be charge per sample)
Do you print on specialty items like tote bags, aprons, or patches?

DESIGN & ARTWORK
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We recommend high-resolution PNG, AI, PSD, PDF, or vector files for the best print quality.
Can you help me create a design?
Yes! If you need assistance, we offer basic design services to help bring your vision to life.
Will I see a proof before production?
Absolutely! We send digital mockups for approval before starting production to ensure accuracy.
What is the maximum print size for screen printing and DTG?
Our standard and jumbro print sizes are:
Standard Screen Printing: Up to 14" wide x 16" tall
Jumbo Printing: Up to 19" wide x 22" tall
DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Up to 14" wide x 16" tall
Jumbo DTG: Up to 16" wide x 18" tall

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! The more you order, the lower the cost per item. We offer volume discounts on larger orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. A deposit may be required to start production.
TURNAROUND & SHIPPING
How long does production take?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! If you need your order fast, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship nationwide! Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. Local pickup is also available in Santa Ana, Orange County.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do I take care of my printed or embroidered apparel?
For long-lasting results:
Screen printing & DTG: Wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach, tumble dry low.
Embroidery: Hand wash or machine wash cold, air dry recommended.
DTF prints: Wash inside out, cold water, and hang dry for best durability.
